Julie P Rezler

Julie P Rezler has significant experience working internationally in Europe, the US, Asia and Africa. She is a skilled management consultant who has successfully prepared and won several major engagement bid proposals with Fortune 500 Companies, International Aid Agencies and Multi-Lateral funding agencies. Her consulting clients have included representation from Merchant banking, the Mutual Fund Industry, Forestry, Life Sciences, the United Nations Environment Program, National, State and Local Governments including Regional Planning Authorities and Ministries of the Environment.

Julie has worked with private and public sector leaders from around the world in preparing presentations for a wide variety of audiences including private investors, shareholders, investment banks, strategic partners, Boards of Directors, the media and public consultation groups. She has facilitated strategic planning workshops for a range of clients including executive teams of start-up companies, multi-national executive teams of mid-sized companies as well as large scale public consultation programs.

Bernie Lyons

Bernie Lyons is a Strategic Advisor with a unique talent to bend and reshape good ideas into much improved business strategies. His entrepreneurial experience enables him to provide development advice and transitional C-level support to early-stage Vancouver based Companies. He guides entrepreneurs, professors and inventors to develop successful businesses that attract capable people and investment capital.

Most recently, Bernie has been working with a group of talented Mobile Phone App Developers by helping them to monetize their app, which has a user base that has been growing by over 20% per month. He is also assisting an analytics company founded by UBC Computer Science professors; by connecting them with business venture partners. Earlier this year, Bernie introduced accredited investors to a company that was first launched by a group of Vancouver based Robotics Engineers. In addition, he has recently advised and positioned companies that successfully attracted grant money to fund their business development.

Bernie Lyons’ 20 years experience in the Investment and Securities Industry has given him solid experience in what makes a business attractive and valuable to investors. As a Vice President of Private Client Services he recruited “right fit” individuals to meet the very specific needs of the firm he worked with, giving him the ability to assess the talent needs for client businesses.
